3. Lightweight and high strength amorphous nanomaterials and their applications

Amorphous materials do not have grain boundaries and dislocations that are common in crystalline materials, so they usually exhibit excellent mechanical properties. We developed the controlled synthesis and assembly methods for amorphous nanomaterials, and at the same time, we prepared a series of lightweight, high-strength and high-toughness amorphous nanomaterials and amorphous nanocomposites. Their structure-activity relationship was also systematically illustrated. We are also actively promoting the industrialization of related materials and their application in aerospace, teeth repair and other fields.
